Philosophy

At Incendio Health, we see health as the harmony of body and mind – far more than just the absence of illness.
We combine nutrition, movement, mental strength, and recovery into a holistic approach. While traditional offerings often leave little room for individual needs, we provide a central place for all topics that may not require medical treatment, but still deserve comprehensive and sustainable support.

At the heart of our philosophy is self-empowerment: we enable people to actively shape their own health. With evidence-based methods and measurable results, we help them take responsibility, achieve their goals step by step – sustainably and with joy.

Dario

Dario lives for sports and adventure – preferably outdoors in nature. For him, movement does not always have to be competitive, but it should bring joy, even when it becomes challenging.
With his passion for health and exercise, and his expertise as a physiotherapist and personal health coach, he supports and motivates people on their journey. Whenever questions arise, he goes above and beyond to find answers and solutions.

Laila

Laila enjoys being active – preferably outdoors and with a touch of adventure. Whether in the mountains, in the forest, or on the mat: for her, movement means freedom, energy, and balance to everyday life. Her passion is power yoga and powerful flows that challenge, strengthen, and are fun at the same time. Her classes are about getting active, challenging yourself, and leaving with a good feeling – without any pressure to perform, but with plenty of motivation.

  • Postnatal and pregnancy yoga

Cheyenne

Cheyenne loves being active and trying new things – whether through sports, being outdoors, or traveling. Movement and variety give her energy, motivation, and zest for life.
For Cheyenne, body, mind, and soul always belong together. When all are in balance, one feels balanced and full of vitality.
