Health coaching

Personal health coaching is an evidence-based method for supporting positive health behavior changes. Through close and individualized coaching, you are understood within your personal environment, and together we work step by step toward your goals. The focus is on your strengths and finding solutions that fit you.

Would you like to work on your goals in a one-on-one setting, or would you prefer a private session with your family or friends? Personal training can be booked at a fixed price for up to 4 people.
